Notary Services
Notarized translations for use in Israel and abroad
We offer a variety of translation services including: registrations, birth and death certificates, marriage certificates and licenses, certificates of divorce and adoption, professional degrees and certificates, inheritance documents and wills, corporate documents, and contracts - to name just a few.
Notarized certification of signatures and powers of attorney
The law requires that a Notary authorize signatures on a range of legal documents in order to verify that the signee is, indeed, the person authorized to do so, that the document is authentic or that the translation is accurate. Examples of such documents include: mortgage documents, powers of attorney, etc. In general notarization takes place in our law offices, but we do offer the possibility of notarization procedures in a client’s home or office.
Certified copies
We offer Notary services for verification that a copy of a document is identical to the original. This type of certification is required by numerous agencies. To simplify these processes for the client, we do offer messenger services, when required.
Notarized declarations
Certain declarations in the presence of a Notary (not simply a lawyer) are required.
Proof of Life
Proof of life is often required by, for example, the receipt of stipends, retirement benefits, or reparations, to name just a few. Often a notarized proof of life is required annually. To make things easier for you, to we can offer these services in your home – or in any place of your choosing.
Performing Notarized Wills and Testaments
This type of Will and Testament is certified by a Notary, upon the appearance of the person making the bequest. The person making the will may state his/her wishes either in writing or verbally. An authorized will is wholly and entirely discrete, as this procedure does not require witnesses. A notarized will carries great weight, and, as a result, might be more difficult to overturn. We offer this service either at our own offices or in the privacy of your home.
